Marketing Coordinator
Description:
The incumbent will be working at the LIMC is under the Public & Continuing Division, which serves the general public by offering lessons, classes, workshops, and other programs for students ranging from young children, music educators, and adults. As an integral member of the academic team, this position will be responsible for coordinating all marketing activities under the department.
Responsibilities:

Plan & formulate the social marketing plan, school branding, marketing, PR, and activities preschool education sector in the United States and Greater Asia.

Develop, manage, and update web content through the Content Management System (CMS), working closely with LIMC and Greater Asia partnership marketing communication departments.

Collaborate with the Marketing team on marketing strategies and initiatives that maximize program sales and other earned revenue opportunities for the School.

Plan and implement annual, quarterly, and monthly cross-border brand cooperation and promotion plans via WeChat, Tik Tok, Facebook, Tweeters, etc.

Conduct market research and analysis, regularly market data analysis, forecasting, and collecting intelligence data analysis to provide the basis for the director's decision-making.

Formulate the overall PR strategy and the response mechanism to the media crisis for the department.

Seek brand promotion resources and effectively improving brand market effects.

Formulate the annual marketing expenses budget, control, and assessment marketing system.

Develop marketing concepts and train and guide team members and related departments on the marketing brand.

Implement social media & digital marketing plan and the implementation in line with the market trend.

Establish the school brand image through social media and the implementation of brand awareness.

Collect data of competitors and market intelligence to analyze the geographical advantage of how targeted media and positioning should be executed.
Qualifications:

A university degree, preferably in digital marketing or new media and communication with an overseas postgraduate degree preferable.

Minimum of three years of relevant working experience.

Outstanding overseas graduates with excellent social media marketing skills are a must, with music education is a big plus.
